RUPA BANDYOPADHYAY, Ph.D.
 

Professor Bandhyopadhyay received the degree of Ph.D. in Philosophy from Jadavpur University and joined the Faculty as Professor of Philosophy in 2004. Prior to that, Professor Bandhyopadhyay has taught in the Universities of Burdwan and Rabindra Bharati.

Her research areas include Indian Philosophy in general and Logic. She is also academically interested in and works on the Philosophy of Language.

Professor Bandhyopadhyay has been a resource person in several Refresher Courses in and around Kolkata and even outside West Bengal. She has presented papers at National and International Seminars, Conferences and actively participated in innumerable others.
